Duration of Cooperation

At the start of our involvement, we discuss with our clients which goals they wish to pursue; our tried and tested model for success is a long-term partnership with a view to obtaining better performance in property portfolios by creating and improving structures and processes in financing, accountancy and auditing, and rent collection. Our goal in so doing is to consistently secure liquidity and strengthen cash-flow. Alternatively, we can work with clients for a pre-set period in order to restructure portfolios that are insolvent or close to insolvency.
