Planning

It is almost impossible to implement a business plan entirely to the letter, yet at the same time, it is not possible to achieve important goals without planning. In order to give structure to real estate portfolios and to pave the way for sustained increases in liquidity and to strengthen cash-flow, we start by analysing the portfolio as it stands, and then compare to our plan on a quarterly basis. Every year, we add new goals to the business plan.

The goals for liquidity and cash-flow are defined in terms of time and value. Regular comparison, early recognition of deviations from the plan, and especially the ability to explain any such deviation and, taken together, powerful tools to increase transparency and performance across the board.
