The real estate management sector has traditionally been based on the division of labour, and efficient in-house systems are difficult to run for a variety of reasons: portfolios often change hands in short transaction cycles, either completely or in parts. Depending on the aims of the provider of capital, a range of service partners is required and this in turn means that a high degree of communication and coordination becomes necessary. In addition to this, property management companies and other service partners produce large new data-sets on a day-to-day basis, and incompatibilities between software systems can end up isolating whole data sets, while mass-transactions carried out systematically need to be collected electronically, and then checked and updated.

We are experienced in selecting and managing outsourcing partners, and create transparency between our client and the service provider contracted. After working through the data, we present the strengths and the potential of portfolios, and then formulate this in terms of concrete measures.
